Here's what road salt actually does
Western PA runs brine on the roads before the snow even falls. It gets thrown into every seam, pocket, and cavity under your truck — the places you never see and can't wash out.
It doesn't rust the paint. It rusts the frame, the brake lines, the fuel lines, the suspension mounts. By the time you can see it, it's been working for years.

What we do about it
We coat the underbody before winter starts. Frame rails, floor pans, wheel wells, seams, and the enclosed cavities where salt collects and sits.
